“美中友好志愿者”培训工作于2005年，2006年和2007年暑期成功地在我校开展了两期。今年，经学校研究决定，我校将继续开展“美中友好志愿者”培训项目工作。我们将在我校教师中选拔志愿者暑期岗前培训的语言文化老师。

语言文化教师需具备以下条件：

1.Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin.

2.Good command of oral and written English.

3.Good knowledge of Chinese culture and history.

4.A bachelor’s degree or higher.

5.Experience working with Americans or other foreigners.

6.Experience in teaching foreigners Chinese.

7.At least two years’ experience in the duties and responsibilities described above.

8.An ability to work with a diverse group in an effective and harmonious manner.

9.An ability to work within a strict time frame (i.e. punctuality).

10.Openness to new methods and different opinions, and willingness to face challenges.

11.A tolerance for ambiguity and an ability to adapt and change when necessary.

12.A positive attitude towards China, the US, and their people, as will as the Peace Corps and its projects worldwide.



语言文化老师的工作时间为两段，分别为200８年6月1５日至２１日，７月１日至8月31日。
