“美中友好志愿者”培训工作于2005年和2006年暑期成功地在我校开展了两期。今年，经学校研究决定，我校将继续开展“美中友好志愿者”培训项目工作。为了为我校教师提供对外汉语教学的学习和实践的经历，储备我校对外汉语教学人才，我们将在我校教师中选拔志愿者暑期岗前培训的语言文化老师。本次将有20名美国志愿者在我校进行岗前培训。

　　语言文化教师需具备以下条件：

　　1. Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin.

　　2. Good command of oral and written English.

　　3. Good knowledge of Chinese culture and history.

　　4. A bachelor’s degree or higher.

　　5. Experience working with Americans or other foreigners.

　　6. Experience in teaching foreigners Chinese.

　　7. At least two years’ experience in the duties and responsibilities described above.

　　8. An ability to work with a diverse group in an effective and harmonious manner.

　　9. An ability to work within a strict time frame (i.e. punctuality).

　　10. Openness to new methods and different opinions, and willingness to face challenges.

　　11. A tolerance for ambiguity and an ability to adapt and change when necessary.

　　12. A positive attitude towards China, the US, and their people, as will as the Peace Corps and its projects worldwide.

　　语言文化老师的工作时间为2007年6月16日至8月31日。
